Arriving by car or bike
You can reach Schlegelstraße by car either directly from Chausseestraße or from Invalidenstraße via Eichendorffstraße, with Schlegelstraße being the first intersection. Paid parking is conveniently located on Schlegelstraße and on the surrounding streets.

When using the Lemniscus online appointment system, various data are processed. The scope of data processing depends on the information you provide. In particular, the following personal data are subject to processing:

After entering your data in the request form, you must request and enter a personal code for verification. This will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. The code can also be used for future appointment bookings. You can then select the desired service and search for a suitable time slot on the following page. After you have selected an appointment, confirm the reservation by clicking the "Book" button. You have the option to provide me with additional information in the text field.

There is no processing of personal data in a third country. I have concluded an order processing contract with the provider of the online appointment service, which complies with the requirements of Art. 28 DSGVO. Personal data processed in connection with the online appointment system will not be disclosed to third parties. The provider as well as any subcontractors necessarily receive knowledge of the processed data, insofar as this is required or provided for in the context of the order processing contract or any contractual relationships with subcontractors.
I process and store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of my contractual and legal obligations. If the storage of personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of these obligations, they will be deleted, unless there are legal obligations to retain data, such as commercial or tax retention obligations under the Tax Code, Commercial Code (6 or 10 years). According to Section 630 f (3) of the German Civil Code, the retention period for the patient file is 10 years after completion of the treatment, unless other retention periods exist according to other regulations.
