A session is billed at the end of each appointment and payment is due directly by card. The actual time required is charged, 20 EUR per 15 minutes. You will receive an invoice, which is based on the figures of the fee schedule for Naturopaths (Gebührenordnung für Heilpraktiker - GebüH). The invoice is sent electronically. Public health insurance does not cover the costs for my treatments. Some private insurances — depending on the tariff — do reimburse invoices in full or in part. Please get the information from your private insurance prior to treatment (I will gladly provide a sample invoice upon request).
Appointments are made for a specific date, time and duration and are considered binding. If you are late, you will still be billed for the entire appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the actual fee.
By making an appointment for treatment in my practice, a treatment contract is already concluded ("conclusive behavior"). By making an appointment, you agree to the above fee and payment terms.
